The shoehorn

shoe·horn [shoo-hawrn]–noun
1. a shaped piece of horn, metal, or the like, inserted in the heel of a shoe to make it slip on more easily.

The shoehorn is an absolute staple of my wardrobe.  I abhor trying to jam my feet into a shoe without the aid of a shoehorn.  I didn't pack mine and don't have one here at my new place.  I am lost.
Do women use shoehorns?
