The weather outside in the city is ridiculously perfect right now.  I walked out with a winter coat and a hat as people passed by me in t-shirts and dresses.  I had no idea it was going to be that nice.  People are sitting around in the park, artists are selling their work on the street, ballers are ballin' on the courts, girls are prancing around in skirts, and all is perfect in the village.
