This morning when I poured the half and half into my coffee the mixture looked liked miso soup. I think the half and half has gone bad.

Well, did it curdle and look like bits of tofu? Is that what you mean? Curdle = bad.
I once had a Thai iced tea in which the milk had gone bad. It was really traumatic.
I think my half and half was half-way to curdling. The half and half just separated the coffee and didn't mix fully into it. It did that convection movement thing that Miso soup does where even if it is just sitting there the liquid keeps churning and moving around.
